Building Automation Solutions LLC (BAS) is a certified provider of Honeywell systems, with decades of experience servicing and integration control environments offered by Distech, Johnson, Siemens, TAC, and many others. Working closely with your team, BAS leverages the newest open protocol technology such as the Tridium N4 products to provide state-of-the-art open controls architecture to your facility. Utilizing open protocol products, we can work with you to retain those portions of your control system which are still functioning while creating an open platform that allows for competitive and open bidding of future projects.
Bringing our decades of design experience to each project BAS ensures that our system meets key design criteria:
- Open Network Architecture-We design control systems based on the Tridium Niagara 4 framework. The Niagara framework is the most robust and open system available and supports BACnet, Modbus, Lon, and other current open protocols. In addition to these protocols, Tridium supports integration to over 100 legacy and proprietary product lines.
- Custom floor plans with thermal graphics-provides quick visual indication of room temperature and any changes from your pre-determined set-points.
- The Click Rule-Our intuitive graphical layouts display information and data, and are easily navigated, requiring no more than three mouse clicks to locate and retrieve any information.
Web-Based Interface-Our sites may be hosted via an internet web page, providing remote access at any time without the need for additional software.
